Refund Policy
We want you to love the fit. If something's not right, here's how refunds work.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any such exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
How refunds are issued
Once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we initiate your refund within 5–7 business days.
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to your bank account (via UPI/NEFT) or as store credit, whichever you choose.
Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer a different size or colour, we recommend an exchange rather than a refund — your first size exchange on an order is free.
Damaged or wrong items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@wearforma.in with photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
